As Business Development Manager, Phillip comes with a plethora of sales experience in many different industries, pushing construction services along with different product lines across the Midwest and Southeast. Phillip worked over six years in the telecommunications industry, then recently, over the past eight years in the highway industry, building relationships with contractors and DOTs across the southeast. Having experience in roadside safety product lines, work zone safety operations, and other roadway operations, including private Non DOT projects, Phillip brings a fresh outlook on developing a new customer base, new opportunities for growth, and maintaining good relations with existing customers C&H currently works with. As Phillip would say, “Let’s make it happen,” give the customer what they need, so they will return for more project assistance and refer us to another one.

Phillip and his wife, Rachel, live in Wetumpka, Alabama, with their daughter Carson. They are followers in Christ and enjoy being outside as much as possible spending time on the farm with family and friends.
